Cancellation / Early Check Out Policy

July 1 - August 31 and December 21 - January 10
Notification of cancellation must be received within 30 days prior to arrival date, otherwise two night room rate will be applied.

January 11 - June 30 and September 1 - December 20
Notification of cancellation must be received within 7 days prior to arrival date, otherwise one night room rate will be applied.

Cancellation fee in all cases, 500 THB per room to be deducted from the deposit plus bank fee.
